SYNOPSIS:
The "Bocuse D'Or" can change the career of a chef. The winners of this competition in the past are now owners of important restaurants with Michelin stars, or are among the most respected chefs in the world.
A series of rules have to be followed in order to win this: the use of specific ingredients, cooking two dishes with their corresponding garnishes, and all prepared in a maximum of five hours. "Bocuse D'Or", the competition, states the ingredients that are to be used. The Spanish candidate, Jesús Almagro, is responsible for finding the recipe and the ideal presentation, in order to convince the jury to the point he is awarded the Prize for Best Chef in the World.
